ABOUT ME — LUCAS A / FOUNDER OF YADATA

I’ve spent the past seven years working across supply chain and logistics, where I experienced firsthand how outdated systems, fragmented workflows, and slow technology can hold back even the most capable operators. Managing freight, customs, and warehouse operations made one thing clear — logistics needed smarter, faster, more connected technology.

Instead of waiting for better tools, I decided to build them myself. I began studying software engineering, diving into modern frameworks like React, Firebase, and .NET, and learning how real logistics challenges could be solved through intelligent system design.
Over time, I found a way to merge both worlds —
supply chain operations × engineering × workflow automation.

That journey became Yadata, a parent innovation studio built around a simple idea:
connect industries through better technology and practical, on-the-ground expertise.

Today, Yadata focuses on ventures that reflect that vision:

  • TinyGlobal Logistics — a modern Supply Chain Intelligence Platform transforming freight visibility, customs workflows, and logistics automation. Active in pilot use, with a roadmap toward enterprise integrations and ABF system approval by 2027.

  • SambaBay — a design-led eCommerce and brand innovation space showcasing our creative and technical capabilities.

I’m also currently completing my Customs Broking qualification at TAFE (graduating 2027), enabling me to support importers and exporters directly while building technology that aligns with real compliance, documentation, and operational standards.

Through Yadata, my mission is to build systems that don’t just manage complexity —
they eliminate it.
Every product, workflow, and line of code is driven by one principle:

turn frustration into innovation.

TinyGlobal Logistics

A next-generation Supply Chain Intelligence Platform for modern logistics teams.

TinyGlobal empowers freight forwarders, SMEs, and 3PLs with:

  • Real-time shipment orchestration

  • Automated customs and compliance workflows

  • AI-assisted decision support

  • Operator–client collaboration tools

  • End-to-end workflow visibility

Built for data-driven environments, TinyGlobal analyses operational patterns, flags risks, and accelerates decision-making across freight, customs, and warehousing.

Currently in pilot use, the platform is progressing toward enterprise-grade integrations (EDI, WMS, carrier APIs). Customs Broker certification, positioning TinyGlobal for ABF system approval by 2027 as a compliant digital customs system.
